You eat it with anything and everything you like. It tastes way better than the guacamole!
Actually, people around us asked what do we usually eat! Especially me, I’m quite concerned with food I eat therefore I always will search for food that brings health benefit to us. We love almonds! It contains lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. You could name everything you search from the internet that is good. Almond oil and milk have been the trend these days. While the health benefits of almonds include lower blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol levels and etc. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss. That’s the reason why we been indulging and even have it in our pesto!
- 2 cups of green vegetables (we used basil leaves and baby spinach)
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- season with salt and pepper
Toast the almond in a small pan over low heat with no oil and butter – stir and shake the pan until the almond is fragrant and toasty. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients for the almond pesto and pulse until mostly smooth.
