It has been a busy week, where I almost think that yesterday is Thursday rather than Friday. When things get overlapped, you will always forget one or two tasks that are needed to be completed. The feeling of forgetting is really bad.
However, we can’t avoid it. It happens all the time as our brain are not built for multitasking. Likewise, they are not built to work early in the morning. Don’t worry if things go as your plan. This is life, what we can do is to prevent it.
Things you can do are;
Plan your next day before you sleep
Write a to-do list (even small errand like clean the table)
Set a phone reminder (for the task that is needed to be complete at a certain time)
Take a break in between your tasks
