I’m a huge fan of salad – it’s the most simple and yet possible complicated taste of food on the planet. At least I feel that way.
A mixture of greens occasionally matches with choices of fish or meat it tastes amazing. By combining sauce, it became magical to your taste buds. This week, we would like to introduce one of the kinds that are healthy but also an addictive salad. With making your sushi into a salad could be satisfied, don’t you agree?
Despite its pretentious name, this Tuna Salad Sushi Bowl has a lot to offer. It’s loaded with a variety of highly nutritious ingredients you should eat, at least once in a while, and it’s delicious enough to make the whole scenario pleasant and enjoyable.
‘You might get this variety of diet in an eatery these days. Hence spending 15bucks per bowl why not make yourself, easy. A complete flavour from a bowl. It’s really good to kick-start a healthy lifestyle.’
- 1 cup cooked Mixed Quinoa
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 250g of canned tuna in oil
- mixed vegetables (we used carrot, cucumber, and zucchini)
- 1/2 purple cabbage
- bean sprouts
- mayonnaise for drizzle
While mixed the cooked quinoa and shaved broccoli in a bowl and leave it aside to cool. Simply, serve the quinoa mixture in a bowl and then top with filling (we top it with carrot, zucchini, bean sprouts, cabbage and canned tuna). Lastly, drizzle your favourite sauce and enjoy it.
