As a result, we love having all kinds of yogurts; from the plain greek yogurt to the tasty fruits yogurts. They just taste so good before or after meals. We have been noticing that it has been a trend these days – it encourage us to put all the super food in a bowl, in a much efficient way.

When we get older, we love to make our own yogurt – we have been also noticing that it has been a trendy these days – to put all the superfoods in a bowl, in a much efficient way.

Therefore, we love to share with you, our own favorite Topical Yogurt Bowl in this humid weather.

It is very simple, their ingredients could be simply finding it at your house. Also, we’re here to promise that it will be your best companion early in the morning.

Ingredients |
*Amount needs for 1 serving

  • 2 kiwi
  • 1/2 mango
  • 2 tbsp of oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp of chia seed
  • 2 cups of plain greek yogurt
  • a drizzle of honey (optional)

Direction |

  1. Sliced up your fruits into smaller pieces. In this recipes, we used mango and kiwi making a topical yogurt.
  2. Serve the greek yogurt in your favorite bowl and place the fruits, oatmeal and chia seed on it.
  3. Drizzle some raw honey on it for more flavor.
